If you wish to return an item, you must obtain a return authorization number before you do so.  Except for close-out and specially noted items, we will accept the return of products that are defective in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase, however you must advise us of such errors within 3 days of receipt of your order.

 

Returns that are not due to manufacturer defects will be accepted at our discretion.  If you wish to return an item in this regard, you must submit a request to us in writing, within 7 days of receipt of item, stating reason for desired return.   If we approve the return, we will provide you with a return authorization number. Merchandise for all such returns must be returned in clean, unused, undamaged condition with its original packaging and resaleable as brand new.   Returns must be made at your own expense, and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, plus the amount we originally incurred for shipping the item to you if the item was shipped with "free shipping".  The amount charged for shipping & handling for sending the item to you is not refundable.
